With over a decade in the fitness industry, Joey has helped countless busy adults (ages 30-50) build strength, burn fat, and move better through a smart, sustainable approach. As the founder of Stronger by the Day Coaching, Joe combines personalized 1:1 coaching, semi-private training, and a supportive online community to deliver expert guidance, structure, and accountability—no matter where you are.
Specializing in functional strength training, metabolic efficiency, and habit-based nutrition, Joe cuts through the noise of fad diets and ineffective workouts.
